    In June, the ABC show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (EMHE) came to central Pa. to drastically change the lives of the Keefer family. Son Brian Keefer suffered a spinal cord injury in 2008, paralyzing him from the neck down. Following this life-altering injury, his dad, Steve, quit working in order to take care of Brian, even so far as to move onto Brian’s college campus. This build would allow Brian to become more independent in the home, while still allowing him to be close to his family....
