I agree as well, and am totally appalled at the lack of common sense utilized by some (but not all) law enforcement officers. There are many fine well-balanced individuals in law enforcement, who are interested in truly helping people and can use steady judgment. It is a shame that some that choose to harm non-violent individuals. Don’t you think that if a common citizen used pepper spray against another non-violent person that they would be charged and possibly eventually put in jail? In many states, you can be arrested in your own home if you use force if its not justified legally. We should send clear messages to these unbalanced individuals who make a bad name for the rest of the honorable law enforcement members, by imposing penalties such as loss of jobs, pensions, and other consequences.

I love making fresh apple sauce and apple butter! I made some this fall and forgot how easy it is! Plus it is really nice to be able to adjust the sugar and spice to your taste. Great idea!

I am more of a craft beer drinker - may I suggest a Troeg’s pale ale, which has a nice clean crisp finish, which might go well with taste testing vinegary condiments.

I ate there Friday and had gazpacho, with a smoked salmon creme with lemon, dill and creme fraische. The gazpacho was the chunky kind, not pureed, and I really liked the fact that they had the guts to add some very reasonable spiciness to it. My daughter had the ham and cheese crepe and my co-worker had the tuna and olive crepe. Crepes are fresh made to order. Very tasty!
